1 year and 7 months

The funniest thing for a guy to remember......my wonderful hubby called me today at work to remind me that today is our 1 year and 7 month anniversary...how funny.....guys don't usually remember stuff like that....... but who's countin' right?

Farewell Erin...you're off to Africa!!!

Today was fun....after work i caught up with Erin, Christy, Amy, and Kathryn for Erin's farewell to Africa dinner ( remember girls, "no kabobs, Ceasar salads all around!" )........she leaves this Saturday to Uganda on a missions trip actually she'll be staying in gulu helping and ministering to the kids out in Africa.......I am so excited for her and I know she is going to do gret things over there...i love you Erin and I will miss you for two weeks!...and try not to fall off the raft!!

Nicaragua Mission Team 2008

Hey guys just going through my emails I notice that my sister sent me an email updating me on her mission trip to Nicaragua. a case of the monday's

Hi everyone! So I got a total case of the Monday's today...had to be at work for about 12 hours...got home cooked dinner worked out and worked on some work for tomorrow....ok i lied i'm leaving it for the morning...oh yeah and I have to be up tomorrow by 4am to be at work by 6...yes it takes me that long to get ready...but i totally got cheered up by the hubby today...he bought me a new pair of rainbows as you can see on my feet above....i don't know if i totally dig the camo lining but I think they are cute and boy are they super comfy! I love unexpected presents they're the best! Thanks babe! I love you!

Friday and Saturday

Hey guys! So I am pretty upset with the hubby right now becasue I went to the most fun bridal shower on Friday and I don't have pictures to share... :(...sadness....But it was my friend Amy's bridal shower and it was at the cliffs at the montage resort and spa in laguna beach...now even though it took way long to get there I still made it in time for everything. But it was so fun we played games and talked and ate! And I do have to say Erin and Christy did a wonderful job organizing everything and girls I loved the nautical theme! Amy totally blushed when she opened presents in front of everyone and everyone around us like creepy old men ..... hahaha and i do have to say that I gave her some great stuff for her upcoming honeymoon! There is a group picture above of all the girls..... sorry there isn't more....ugh so upset!

Anyways tonight Cesar and I and our favorite unmarried couple Jose and Veronica went to that brand new Americana spot in (shout) GLENDALE!!! And actually it wasn't at all bad, very cool, very hip and chic place to shop, eat and hang out....I recomend it to anyone.... it was definitely classy! Plus the crepe place that's there is so yums....the pics above are also from tonight!

The Surfing Heritage Foundation

I want to give it up for my buddy Casey Caston for making the front page on the OC Register. Casey works for the Surfing Heritage Foundation and gets paid to surf all day. J/K he also works hard on trying to raise money to finish building this cool surf museum.

Our Weekend!!!

So the weekend was exhausting and fun too...now lets see friday i went to juliette's talent show where she played krusty crab in her sponge bob number.........she looked too cute and Patches got a new toy....Saturday I had the most amazing day...i got a whole day of beauty at a day spa in Long Beach which included a full body massage, a much needed facial and a mani and pedi :) so fun! Then I went with my mom and my sister to victorville for my cousin Tashina's graduation party! She graduated from a school up north near SF and now working at an art gallery there.....she was so excited to let everyone know about her new life....and did i mention she got totally drunk that night and had to be carried out to the car...all I have to say is good times! Then SundayCesar and I went to church and I went to my friend Rachel's bridal shower...let's just say it was a much needed vanguard reunion!! I;m so excited for her wedding! Well here are some pictures from the weekend....Now i'm going to bed!
